Flow Foundations
A great place to build the foundations for your yoga practise. In these classes we cover the essentials; modified sun salutations, standing & seated poses, breathing and mindfulness techniques & of course, relaxation. Hatha Foundation classes are suitable for everyone as all poses can be modified to suit (min 12yrs, with 12-14yrs accompanied by an adult).
All-levels Flow
No gimmicks, just classic Yoga! Our all levels Hatha yoga classes are designed to stretch, open & align the body and calm the mind. We combine sun salutations, standing & seated poses, inversions, breath-work, mindful flow, and relaxation techniques - all of the good stuff. The beauty of Hatha yoga is that it can be made accessible for every individual body.
Dynamic Flow
Flow through postures at a quicker pace, with more challenging variations (including inversions and arm balances) for those who want to try. Each movement is synchronised with the breath and the postures are connected into a sequence, making this an energetic & strengthening practice! Our flow classes are not suitable for beginners or pregnancy.
Yin Yoga
As we move through a series of floor-based, long-hold poses to work into the layers of fascia (connective tissue) in the body, we feel tension release from our muscles and around our joints. We simply hold poses for several minutes and let the magic happen. This is a quiet, meditative practise which works wonders on the hips, lower body and nervous system.
Restorative Yoga
Give yourself a physical & mental rest. Indulge in long-hold yoga poses (10-20 minutes) using props to support the body, while you are guided through meditation & breathing exercises. This relaxing yoga practise balances the nervous system and re-energises the whole body. Think calming music, cushions, candlelight & warm, cosy blankets. Leave feeling relaxed & refreshed. Luxury!
Pregnancy Yoga
A class especially for our precious yoga mamas to be, suitable from 14 weeks on. Learn calming mindfulness & breathing techniques and move slowly & safely through nourishing yoga poses. Prenatal yoga is safe to practice & can help to remedy some common pregnancy complaints (sore back/shoulders, pelvic pain). Treat yourself during this special time. Join us Saturday mornings!
Postnatal Yoga
Give yourself some ‘me time’ at this baby-friendly class. Heal and strengthen your postnatal body whilst connecting with other mums. The gentle flows will open & stretch the body, help to realign the pelvis and gently re-tone the pelvic floor & deeper core muscles. You are welcome to practise from 6 weeks on provided you have the all-clear from your doctor. Join us Tuesday mornings.
One to One
Build confidence on the mat, refine your technique & alignment and learn to modify postures with a class tailored just for you.
Private sessions are great if you are working with injuries or medical conditions & do not wish to join group classes.
We offer one-to-one or small group classes (up to 3 people) at our beautiful studio at a time that suits you.
As we have limited spaces available, we kindly ask that you book your space via the website or the Mind Body App. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings.
