balance

flow
a fiery flow to get you off the couch, build some heat and move around your mat! (Not suitable for beginners or our precious mamas to be).
warrior
a flow incorporating the beautiful, strength-building ‘warrior’ poses
yin
long hold hamstring stretches & deep relaxation. Grab some blankets & pillows & settle in
core
a 40 minute core session focusing on all of the muscles that help to stabilise your spine & pelvis! (not suitable if you have a lower back injury or are pregnant).
gentle
a gentle hatha class, suitable for our lovely mums to be and new mums (from 6 weeks postpartum).
slow
a slow and gentle hatha class designed for those who suffer from an achy lower back. Perfect if you are ‘on the mend’ or simply need to slow your practise down
rolling
a flow class incorporating lots of rolling movements to articulate the spine and get the blood flowing
strength
a 30 minute core class focusing on strengthening movements for the abdominals, glutes & back muscles
heart
a heart-opening hatha class. Open the chest and free up tension in the back/spine
prenatal
a class designed for our lovely mums to be (from 14 weeks on). If you have any questions regarding any particular pregnancy ailments, please do get in touch with us before practising
