We provide beautiful mats & blocks made by Valka, bolsters made by All Senses, plus blankets, straps & organic cotton eyebags made by The LAB. All equipment is provided for you to use, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.

We recommend wearing something comfortable that you can move in & bring an extra layer for relaxation
