Baby-friendly Postnatal Yoga

Join us for a yoga class especially for new mums, suitable from 6 weeks postnatal onwards (provided you have the all clear from your doctor or women’s health physiotherapist). This is a baby-friendly class for new mums, run as a weekly drop-in class, join anytime.
Gift yourself some ‘me time’ at this baby-friendly class. Focus on healing and strengthening your postnatal body while meeting and connecting with other mums. Our poses and gentle flow will open the upper body, relieve shoulder tension, help to realign the pelvis and gently re-tone the pelvic floor & deeper core muscles.
A great class for stabilising and strengthening the muscles that support your spine (Glutes, Core & Pelvic Floor). You and baby are welcome to practice from 6 weeks on provided you have the all-clear from your doctor.
Please note we are located on the first floor of our building up some stairs. Prams can be tucked away under the stairwell at your risk, but we recommend bringing bubba in a sling/carrier or capsule instead. We provide everything you need for class, but its a great idea to bring some toys and a muslin for baby, and even a bouncinette chair for those who are a little more active!
